About Us

TenTraining was built on purpose, perseverance, and a deep love for the game of basketball.

Founded by Kameron "Kam" Roberts, TenTraining is more than a training program; it’s a mission to pass down the lessons, discipline, and mindset that basketball teaches to the next generation of athletes who truly love the game.

The story behind TenTraining begins with the number 10.

Kam is a collegiate men's basketball player with Kutztown University. He wears the number 10 in honor of his older brother Khai, who wore it during his college career. Together, they chose the number to honor their mother, who passed away from multiple myeloma when Kam was in the 6th grade. Before their father passed, he gave his blessing for his sons to continue wearing the number as a tribute to her legacy.

Today, the number 10 represents far more than a jersey.

It represents resilience, family, and the drive to be great in every opportunity given.

Their mother inspired their father to keep fighting cancer, and her strength continues to inspire Kam and his brothers (Chris and Khai) to pursue excellence in everything they do. Every time Kam steps on the court wearing number 10, it serves as a reminder to honor both of his parents through hard work, character, and leadership.

Ten also carries a deeper meaning rooted in faith. As a believer in Christ, I see the number as reflecting the Ten Commandments, the moral guidelines given by God through Moses. One commandment in particular shapes the heart of this brand:

“Honor your father and mother.”

TenTraining exists to live out that principle by giving back, mentoring young athletes, and helping them grow not only as basketball players but as people.

At TenTraining, we focus on:

  • Building strong basketball fundamentals

  • Developing discipline and work ethic

  • Teaching the mental side of the game

  • Mentoring athletes on and off the court

  • Instilling respect, leadership, and character

Our goal is to help ambitious athletes reach their potential while understanding that the game is bigger than basketball. It’s about growth, opportunity, and becoming the best version of yourself.

The jersey may say 10, but the mission is much bigger.

Train with purpose.
Honor the journey.
Respect the game.

With Respect and Love,
Kam 10
